RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Zest Lighting, we offer a refund or exchange for change-of-mind purchases made within 30 days, provided proof of purchase is presented.

Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless another order of equal or greater value is placed.

If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we will provide a full refund or exchange as per the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Please visit our Warranty Page for details.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Products must be in original packaging and in resaleable condition.
  • Installed or used products are not eligible for return.
  • Items marked “not eligible for return” cannot be returned.
  • Customers must arrange and cover return shipping costs.
  • Returns must be sent via a registered and insured shipping service.
  • Actual shipping costs incurred on “free” or “flat rate” shipping will be deducted from refunds.
  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable.

Cell 13W 5CCT LED Downlight Kit

The Cell 13W 5CCT LED Downlight Kit is part of the CELL series, a collection of plug and play LED lamp modules and LED driver sets. These lighting equipment are the perfect solutions for residential homes to commercial projects such as hotels, clubs, pubs and bars. These downlights are designed to replace traditional halogen lamps in most applications. They can also serve as replaceable LED lamps and drivers set for a range of click in frames as a complete downlight solution.

For retrofitting needs, it’s easy to remove the standard MR16 halogen lamp and transformer to replace it with the Cell 13W 5CCT LED Downlight Kit. Suitable for most MR16 downlight frames, depending on height.

As a complete lamp and frame solution, this downlight features a reflector style lens with a beam angle effects of 15°, 24°, 36° or 60° to suit ceiling heights or lighting effects. Also available in 9W option.

This downlight is compatible with colour changing technology that allows one to change the colour temperature to the desired light appearance - extra warm white (2700K), warm white (3000K), neutral white (4000K), white (5000K) and extra white (5700K). The kit is complete with dimmable LED driver and flex and plug.
