RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Zest Lighting, we offer a refund or exchange for change-of-mind purchases made within 30 days, provided proof of purchase is presented.

Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless another order of equal or greater value is placed.

If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we will provide a full refund or exchange as per the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Please visit our Warranty Page for details.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Products must be in original packaging and in resaleable condition.
  • Installed or used products are not eligible for return.
  • Items marked “not eligible for return” cannot be returned.
  • Customers must arrange and cover return shipping costs.
  • Returns must be sent via a registered and insured shipping service.
  • Actual shipping costs incurred on “free” or “flat rate” shipping will be deducted from refunds.
  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable.

  • Refund: A 10% restocking fee applies.

Incorrect dimensions and shape - looks clunky and disproportionate. Correct shape and construction - similar to the original.
1 or 2 fixed rods - limited height variation. Includes 15cm, 25cm, 35cm and 45cm interchangeable aluminium rod lengths - multiple height options.
Usually comes unassembled - have to assemble the parts together. Fully assembled frame with easy assembly of the glass shades and connection of the rod to each other and the canopy.
Cheap and thin metal parts with uneven discoloured painting on the body - substandard paint and not plated. Machined and plated aluminium with solid automobile backed painting.
The colour tone of the body is not the same colour as the original - we've seen a lot of very dark or bright brushed brass colours. The colour tone of the body is similar to the original.
