Irregular shape and design - not a perfect spherical shape. Symmetric dimensions, shape and design.
Hangs from a cheap black cloth or pvc cord with a thin metal suspension wire included and a black coloured canopy (ceiling rose). Black should not be introduced to the design. Hangs from one high quality 150cm adjustable clear flex cord and includes a matching chrome canopy (ceiling rose). Maintains its metallic theme.
Made of low grade and extremely thin glass, which essentially takes away its main feature - there is no reflective glow. Instead, the globe from inside the pendant dominates the fitting and can be seen through the shade. High grade, yet thin layer of carbon steel onto the internal surface of a glass globe. The result is a highly reflective surface with a nice mirror glow. This is very important.
Air bubbles on the surface of the shade with uneven and cheap painting applied to the surface. Minimal air bubbles with premium and even silver painting applied to its surface. Each shade is individually checked by our quality assurance team to ensure that bubbles are minimal (less than 2) and tiny (less than 0.5mm).
Dull colour tone - sometimes the silver shade (top half) is duller than usual. Also, the silver colour tone may vary between pendants. Bold silver coloured shade colour with the same colour tone applied to all pendant sets. If you hang them in a set or cluster, you can be assured that the colours will match.
At the top of the shade, there should be a circular chrome cap with a tip where the wire connects with the shade and lamp holder. If it just has a wire going through a small thread into the shade, then it will affects style and functionality (sometimes doesn't sit right and difficult to replace bulb). The top of the mirror shade has a small chrome circular cap with a metal tip - for style and functionality.

    Returns & Refunds

    Zest Lighting offers a full refund (excluding our outbound shipping cost) or exchange for change of mind purchases within a 30 day period with proof of purchase (website order confirmation email).

    If you wish to return an item you've purchased from us, please email our office on info@zestlighting.com.au and provide our staff with your order number (on your tax invoice) and the item that you would like to return. Please refer to our guarantee page to see our full return policy.

    When paying via Direct Deposit, please ensure that you include your order number as reference. We will dispatch once payment has cleared.
