RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Zest Lighting, we offer a refund or exchange for change-of-mind purchases made within 30 days, provided proof of purchase is presented.

Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless another order of equal or greater value is placed.

If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we will provide a full refund or exchange as per the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Please visit our Warranty Page for details.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Products must be in original packaging and in resaleable condition.
  • Installed or used products are not eligible for return.
  • Items marked “not eligible for return” cannot be returned.
  • Customers must arrange and cover return shipping costs.
  • Returns must be sent via a registered and insured shipping service.
  • Actual shipping costs incurred on “free” or “flat rate” shipping will be deducted from refunds.
  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable.

Helva Night Chrome Modern Minimalistic LED Wall Lamp is a contemporary and stylish wall lamp with integrated LED and 2-step Moodmaker SceneSelect functionality, that comes in form of a touch switch on the lamp itself. The first touch will provide full power of 600 lumens, whereas, the second touch will activate the night light. The below light is given more lumen output when it is on the full power compared to when it is switched on the night light. Helva Night Wall Lamp also comes with a high degree of protection, IP44, that makes wall lamp suitable for humid areas such as the bathroom.
