RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Zest Lighting, we offer a refund or exchange for change-of-mind purchases made within 30 days, provided proof of purchase is presented.

Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless another order of equal or greater value is placed.

If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we will provide a full refund or exchange as per the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Please visit our Warranty Page for details.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Products must be in original packaging and in resaleable condition.
  • Installed or used products are not eligible for return.
  • Items marked “not eligible for return” cannot be returned.
  • Customers must arrange and cover return shipping costs.
  • Returns must be sent via a registered and insured shipping service.
  • Actual shipping costs incurred on “free” or “flat rate” shipping will be deducted from refunds.
  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable.

Magneto 18W Stainless Steel Inground Light

Introducing a revolutionary new design in inground lighting. The Magneto 18W Stainless Steel Inground Light from Domus features induction technology to transfer electrical current from the base pot to the light unit without any cable connection. This avoids water syphoning through the cables, which causes the LED light to fail prematurely due to moisture. It also provides easy maintenance by simply unscrewing the light unit and replacing it without needing an electrician. Ideal as a path light or inground light close to walls or columns to achieve wall washing or v-line effects. Requires a 24V DC Constant Voltage LED Driver for its operation.
