RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Zest Lighting, we offer a refund or exchange for change-of-mind purchases made within 30 days, provided proof of purchase is presented.

Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless another order of equal or greater value is placed.

If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we will provide a full refund or exchange as per the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Please visit our Warranty Page for details.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Products must be in original packaging and in resaleable condition.
  • Installed or used products are not eligible for return.
  • Items marked “not eligible for return” cannot be returned.
  • Customers must arrange and cover return shipping costs.
  • Returns must be sent via a registered and insured shipping service.
  • Actual shipping costs incurred on “free” or “flat rate” shipping will be deducted from refunds.
  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable.

The Moon Black 3CCT LED Spot Track Pendant Light is part of the Moon Series, one of the most well-designed series that allows a versatile range of products to be suitable for almost any interior application.

The lights in this collection combine a stylish half-sphere body design with a dedicated fascia, depending on the light effect required. Power switchable from 6W or 9W, depending on your choice of brightness level, the Moon track lights are also fully dimmable with suitable dimmers. Another feature is the tri-colour switchable setting, allowing one to choose between 3000K warm white, 4000K neutral white or 5000K white light colour upon installation.
