RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Zest Lighting, we offer a refund or exchange for change-of-mind purchases made within 30 days, provided proof of purchase is presented.

Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless another order of equal or greater value is placed.

If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we will provide a full refund or exchange as per the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Please visit our Warranty Page for details.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Products must be in original packaging and in resaleable condition.
  • Installed or used products are not eligible for return.
  • Items marked “not eligible for return” cannot be returned.
  • Customers must arrange and cover return shipping costs.
  • Returns must be sent via a registered and insured shipping service.
  • Actual shipping costs incurred on “free” or “flat rate” shipping will be deducted from refunds.
  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable.

  • Refund: A 10% restocking fee applies.

Nesta Black Exterior LED Wall Lamp is a modern, stylish IP65 Wall light designed to be durable and weatherproof. It offers an attractive solution to front facades or back patio areas as a feature where ambient lighting is required.

Nesta Black Exterior LED Wall Lamp is part of the Nesta Wall Lighting series. This series is available with a black or white powder-coated aluminium frame. A clear glass enclosure at the front protects the wall light's LED module from external damage. It is suitable for 240V wiring with a built-in power supply.

The wall light has an added feature named DUO. This component allows changing the colour temperature output of the wall light using a dip switch at the back of the fitting. The colour is switchable from 3000K Warm White to 5000K White.
