RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Zest Lighting, we offer a refund or exchange for change-of-mind purchases made within 30 days, provided proof of purchase is presented.

Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless another order of equal or greater value is placed.

If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we will provide a full refund or exchange as per the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Please visit our Warranty Page for details.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Products must be in original packaging and in resaleable condition.
  • Installed or used products are not eligible for return.
  • Items marked “not eligible for return” cannot be returned.
  • Customers must arrange and cover return shipping costs.
  • Returns must be sent via a registered and insured shipping service.
  • Actual shipping costs incurred on “free” or “flat rate” shipping will be deducted from refunds.
  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable.

Nud Moon Clear Glass Pendant Light

The Nud Moon Clear Glass Pendant Light has a round outer glass and a unique frosted inner pillar centred in the globe. When lit, the pillar illuminates and spreads a soft, ambient glow. It can be hung individually or in a cluster to create beautiful spaces. The LED E14 light source is included with the pendant. Please note that this is a handmade product, so irregularities and small scratches can occur in the glass.
