RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Zest Lighting, we offer a refund or exchange for change-of-mind purchases made within 30 days, provided proof of purchase is presented.

Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless another order of equal or greater value is placed.

If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we will provide a full refund or exchange as per the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Please visit our Warranty Page for details.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Products must be in original packaging and in resaleable condition.
  • Installed or used products are not eligible for return.
  • Items marked “not eligible for return” cannot be returned.
  • Customers must arrange and cover return shipping costs.
  • Returns must be sent via a registered and insured shipping service.
  • Actual shipping costs incurred on “free” or “flat rate” shipping will be deducted from refunds.
  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable.

RETURN OPTIONS:

  • Refund: A 10% restocking fee applies.
  • Store Credit: Store credit equal to the purchase amount, valid for 6 months.

The Pabla Amber Glass Pendant Light uses retro glass tints with an almost futuristic three-tier glass cup design providing a striking feature light, either as a central feature light or a series throughout your room or property.

This striking design consists of three inverted glass bowls of descending sizes that cascade almost like flower petals. This unique glass design is fixed to a matte black cylindrical base with a stylish slimline copper collar. The glass filters light ascending ambient coloured light up to the ceiling while the open centre allows unobstructed light to be directed directly below.
