Payment Methods
Zest Lighting accepts a great variety of payment methods via our secure checkout page: Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, AfterPay, Klarna, Zip Pay and Direct Deposit Payments.
When you are ready to purchase your items in your cart, just click the Proceed to Checkout button and then fill the order form to complete your order.
When paying via PayPal, you will be directed to the PayPal site to pay for your order. What is PayPal? Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to Zest Lighting with an order confirmation page.
When paying via 'buy now, pay later' payment services (Afterpay, Klarna and Zip Pay), you will be directed to the respective third party sites to pay for your order. Learn more. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to Zest Lighting with an order confirmation page.
When paying via Direct Deposit, please ensure that you include your order number as reference. We will dispatch once payment has cleared.

Zest Lighting uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide you with the safest, most secure shopping experience possible. SSL technology enables encryption (scrambling) of sensitive information, including passwords and credit card numbers, during your online transactions. All of the forms on our site are secured with SSL technology so your personal information stays safe and out of malicious hands. This is the most secure technology available and is industry standard.

Shipping Cost
FREE SHIPPING for orders above $99 to metro areas in Australia (i.e. capital cities and surrounding areas). Excludes Perth and Hobart.
$14.95 flat rate shipping for orders below $99.
$29.95 flat rate shipping for all non-metro areas.
To check which zone your postcode falls under, add the item to your cart and then type in your postcode on your shopping cart page. For large bulky orders, please email for a custom quote or we will update you after order.
Shipping Time
We endeavour to process and ship orders to our customers as quickly as humanly possible. In most cases, orders are shipped within 2 business days of the order being placed by you online.

Tracking
When your order is dispatched, we usually send you an email confirmation with tracking information. In some cases, your email confirmation may not include specific tracking information. In such cases, you can request for tracking information via email or login to your account and track you order from there.
Returns & Refunds Close this window
At Zest Lighting, we offer a refund or an exchange for change-of-mind purchases made within 30 days, provided proof of purchase is presented (e.g., website order confirmation or invoice). Refunds for change-of-mind returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee unless another order of equal or greater value is placed.
If your goods are faulty or damaged upon receipt, we will provide a full refund or exchange in line with our obligations under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (“Act”). Please visit our Warranty page for more details.
To start the return process:
Please complete returns form below with a clear explanation of your situation, including details of the product(s) you wish to return.
Return Conditions:
- Installed or Used Products: Products that have been installed or used cannot be returned for a change-of-mind refund or exchange.
- Eligibility: Products marked as "not eligible for change-of-mind returns" on the product page are excluded.
- Product Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping and ensuring the safe arrival of the product at our warehouse.
- Shipping Method: All returns must be sent via a registered and insured shipping service requiring a signature upon delivery (e.g., Australia Post, Fastway Couriers, TNT).
- Free and Flat Rate Shipping: For items with "free delivery" or a "flat rate fee," the actual shipping cost incurred by us will be deducted from your refund.
- Product Variations: Products may differ from images due to natural variations in color, finish, or scale.
- Return Period: All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the order.
- Custom Orders: Custom or made-to-order items must be paid in full at the time of ordering, and deposits are non-refundable in the event of a change of mind. The full balance must be paid before dispatch, and custom orders are non-refundable or non-creditable for change-of-mind.
Excluded from the 30-Day Return Policy:
- Clearance items
- Custom items/orders
- Made-to-order items
Return Options:
Customers may choose between either:
- Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will apply unless otherwise stated or if another order of equal or greater value is placed in lieu of this fee.
- Store Credit: A store credit equal to the price paid will be issued. Store credit vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issuance.
Our Rights:
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot reasonably verify that the product was purchased from us or where we are not responsible for the damage, as outlined in our Faults & Damages policy.
Limitation of Liability:
To the extent permitted by law, Zest Lighting:
- Limits its liability for repair, replacement, or refund to its obligations under the Act;
- Is not responsible for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages related to the use of goods;
- Is not liable for any claims, losses, or expenses incurred due to the delivery, non-delivery, or return of goods.
