RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Zest Lighting, we offer a refund or exchange for change-of-mind purchases made within 30 days, provided proof of purchase is presented.

Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless another order of equal or greater value is placed.

If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we will provide a full refund or exchange as per the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Please visit our Warranty Page for details.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Products must be in original packaging and in resaleable condition.
  • Installed or used products are not eligible for return.
  • Items marked “not eligible for return” cannot be returned.
  • Customers must arrange and cover return shipping costs.
  • Returns must be sent via a registered and insured shipping service.
  • Actual shipping costs incurred on “free” or “flat rate” shipping will be deducted from refunds.
  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable.

RETURN OPTIONS:

  • Refund: A 10% restocking fee applies.
  • Store Credit: Store credit equal to the purchase amount, valid for 6 months.

The Pipe Linear Pendant is the latest in our Linear LED Pendant range. Incorporating a full wrap around opal diffuser and available in anodized aluminium, powder coated black or powder coated white in two lengths as standard: 1.2M and 1.7M. Proudly assembled and powder coated in Australia and using high-quality Osram LED boards, the Pipe pendants can be used in many applications ranging from commercial projects through to retail area spacing and residential living areas. Supplied with remote driver which needs to be mounted separately.
