Zest Lighting is an online boutique based in Sydney that offers you the best in lighting designs at the click of a fingertip. Since 2014, we have been bringing high street designs online without the high street price tag.

We strive to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently. Below is a breakdown of our shipping costs, estimated delivery times, tracking process, and other important shipping information.

 

SHIPPING FEES

  • FREE Shipping: Available for metro areas in Australia on orders above $99 (excludes Hobart and Darwin).
  • $29.95 Flat Rate: Applies to all non-metro areas.
  • $14.95 Flat Rate: For orders under $99.

We process and dispatch orders within 2 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location:

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you do not receive tracking details, you can:

  • Check your spam/junk folder.
  • Log in to your account and track your order under the "My Orders" section.
  • Contact us for tracking assistance.
 

DELIVERY PROCESS & COURIERS

We partner with reputable couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Your order will be delivered to your specified address. If no one is available to receive the parcel:

  • The courier may leave a calling card for redelivery or pickup at a local collection point.
  • Some couriers offer "Authority to Leave" (ATL) options. If you opt for this, we are not liable for lost or stolen parcels.
