Shipping Cost
- FREE SHIPPING for orders above $99 to metro areas in Australia (capital cities and surrounding areas). Excludes Perth and Hobart.
- $14.95 flat rate shipping for orders below $99.
- $29.95 flat rate shipping for all non-metro areas.

Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will send an email confirmation with tracking details. If tracking is not included, please contact us via email or log in to your account.
Returns & Refunds
We offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases within 30 days, provided proof of purchase is presented. Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee unless another order of equal or greater value is placed.

Return Options
- Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee applies unless another order of equal or greater value is placed.
- Store Credit: Store credit equal to the purchase price will be issued, valid for six months from issuance.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
We will provide a full refund or exchange if goods are faulty or damaged upon receipt, in line with our obligations under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
Limitation of Liability
Zest Lighting limits liability for repair, replacement, or refund to its obligations under the Act and is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
