RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Zest Lighting, we offer a refund or exchange for change-of-mind purchases made within 30 days, provided proof of purchase is presented.

Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless another order of equal or greater value is placed.

If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we will provide a full refund or exchange as per the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Please visit our Warranty Page for details.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Products must be in original packaging and in resaleable condition.
  • Installed or used products are not eligible for return.
  • Items marked “not eligible for return” cannot be returned.
  • Customers must arrange and cover return shipping costs.
  • Returns must be sent via a registered and insured shipping service.
  • Actual shipping costs incurred on “free” or “flat rate” shipping will be deducted from refunds.
  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable.

RETURN OPTIONS:

  • Refund: A 10% restocking fee applies.
  • Store Credit: Store credit equal to the purchase amount, valid for 6 months.

Wall Switch Function Descriptions:

  • When the power is on, pressing the switch within 2 seconds will allow the luminaire to change the colour temperature
  • If the luminaire is turned off for more than 15 seconds, it will keep the same colour temperature as it was last on

Installation must be performed by a licensed electrician if:

  • The fitting requires installation and connection to the mains electrical supply (install according to the wiring standard).
  • The fitting is a hardwired light fitting and not specifically labelled as 'DIY'.
