RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Zest Lighting, we offer a refund or exchange for change-of-mind purchases made within 30 days, provided proof of purchase is presented.

Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless another order of equal or greater value is placed.

If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we will provide a full refund or exchange as per the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Please visit our Warranty Page for details.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Products must be in original packaging and in resaleable condition.
  • Installed or used products are not eligible for return.
  • Items marked “not eligible for return” cannot be returned.
  • Customers must arrange and cover return shipping costs.

  • Actual shipping costs incurred on “free” or “flat rate” shipping will be deducted from refunds.

Care Instructions

Aluminium, brass and stainless steel will naturally oxidise and change over time. Exterior products require regular four (4) monthly cleaning and maintenance to ensure they do not accumulate dirt or other environmental deposits. Wipe the product with a mild detergent and warm water to remove surface deposits. Rinse with fresh water and wipe dry with a soft cloth. An extra temporary protection barrier of water displacement oil can help to maintain the surface, such as WD40, sprayed onto a soft cloth and rubbed onto the surface.
