RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Zest Lighting, we offer a refund or exchange for change-of-mind purchases made within 30 days, provided proof of purchase is presented.

Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless another order of equal or greater value is placed.

If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we will provide a full refund or exchange as per the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Please visit our Warranty Page for details.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Products must be in original packaging and in resaleable condition.
  • Installed or used products are not eligible for return.
  • Items marked “not eligible for return” cannot be returned.
  • Customers must arrange and cover return shipping costs.
  • Returns must be sent via a registered and insured shipping service.
  • Actual shipping costs incurred on “free” or “flat rate” shipping will be deducted from refunds.
  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable.

Versa White Round Bunker Wall Lamp

The Versa White Round Bunker Wall Lamp from the Versa Wall Light Series has been designed to offer a versatile all-in-one product for exterior walls or ceilings.

Its brightness levels can be selected from low, medium, to high, with a wattage switchable dip switch from 15W to 18W to 25W, depending on the desired brightness. It also incorporates TRIO technology, the option of changing the colour temperature output via a dip switch. Innovative installation features have been added for quicker and easier installation. Side conduit entry points are ideal for ease of installation as well as a large 20mm centre feed entry point at the back of the fitting. The class II rating allows for installation without earth.

Also available in other finishes for the polycarbonate frame, with the choice of a plain or eyelid fascia to suit the application and appearance. The lights in the series are robust in design and construction, with an IK08 rating and an IP65 polycarbonate construction to withstand the harsh coastal climate.
