Warranty Terms and Conditions

The goods we offer for sale on our website are covered by the warranty provided by the manufacturer.

If your lights show signs of damage or a fault within the warranty period, please submit a claim through our warranty process.

Warranty Terms

  • We do not provide a separate warranty beyond what is required under the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Australian Consumer Law).
  • The replacement warranty covers only the replacement of the product and does not include additional electrical installation costs.
  • If an issue occurs after installation, Zest Lighting will supply the necessary replacement parts but labor costs are excluded.
  • Some parts and replacements may have a lead time. The warranty is void if any part of the luminaire is modified.
  • Light bulbs are not covered under warranty. Product warranties are only valid within Australia.
  • Warranties start from the date of purchase as shown on the invoice. Please retain your tax invoice as proof of purchase.
  • Some manufacturers require installation by a qualified electrician. In such cases, we recommend keeping your electrician’s invoice in case it is needed for a warranty claim.
