RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Zest Lighting, we offer a refund or exchange for change-of-mind purchases made within 30 days, provided proof of purchase is presented.

Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless another order of equal or greater value is placed.

If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we will provide a full refund or exchange as per the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Please visit our Warranty Page for details.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Products must be in original packaging and in resaleable condition.
  • Installed or used products are not eligible for return.
  • Items marked “not eligible for return” cannot be returned.
  • Customers must arrange and cover return shipping costs.
  • Returns must be sent via a registered and insured shipping service.
  • Actual shipping costs incurred on “free” or “flat rate” shipping will be deducted from refunds.
  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable.

Zeke 8W Silver Rectangular Wall Light

The Zeke 8W Silver Rectangular Wall Light is part of the Zeke Family. It is a collection of surface-mounted LED wall and step lights that feature a slim-line, cast-aluminium body and cable gland for easy installation. The aluminium trim is made through a unique chromate process before a polyester powder-coated finish is applied for longer resistance to harsh external environments.

With its IP65 rating, the Zeke 8W Silver Rectangular Wall Light gives downward illumination with minimal power consumption - high-intensity brightness at the cost of 8W power. This makes it a top choice for external pathways and steps or any area where recessed mounting is not an option.

The Zeke Collection is available in two voltage versions: 240V AC models for standard household application that require direct connection to the main electrical circuit, and 12V DC models, suitable for exterior applications where low voltage wiring is recommended such as usage for planter boxes and front wall installations. Other colours to choose from including grey, white, and black.
