RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Zest Lighting, we offer a refund or exchange for change-of-mind purchases made within 30 days, provided proof of purchase is presented.

Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless another order of equal or greater value is placed.

If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we will provide a full refund or exchange as per the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Please visit our Warranty Page for details.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Products must be in original packaging and in resaleable condition.
  • Installed or used products are not eligible for return.
  • Items marked “not eligible for return” cannot be returned.
  • Customers must arrange and cover return shipping costs.
  • Returns must be sent via a registered and insured shipping service.
  • Actual shipping costs incurred on “free” or “flat rate” shipping will be deducted from refunds.
  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable.

Zeke Square Silver Wall Light

Zeke Square Silver Wall Light is part of the Zeke Wall Light Collection, a family of surface-mounted LED wall and step lights with slim cast aluminium bodies and cable gland/s. Any step light in the Zeke Collection is handy for external pathways, stairways, or any area where recessed mounting is not an option. In addition, some variants in the series are recommended for outdoor applications, such as planter boxes and front wall installations, where low voltage wiring has been used.

The aluminium trim of the wall lights in the Zeke collection are made by a special chromate process then applied with a polyester powder-coated finish for better resistance to wear and tear in harsh external environments. With an IP65 rating, these lights exhibit excellent downward illumination with minimal power consumption - either a 4W or 9W requirement for high-intensity illumination.

The Zeke Collection of Wall Lights have many variants to choose from. If you have a preferred colour, Zeke Wall Lights are available in black, dark grey, silver, and white finishes in round or square fascia. In addition, each of these colours is available in different input voltage models (240V AC or 12V DC), lighting colour temperatures (warm white 3000K and white 5000K), and wattage options (4W and 9W).
